Dutch&Spanish self-performs plumbing, HVAC piping and equipment installations along with start up, warranty and commissioning. We also works closely in conjunction with third-party commissioning agents. Metal Construction Company self-performs sheet metal fabrication and installations and, when advantageous to the project, partners with a qualified subcontracting partner. In some cases, we will subcontract the ductwork portion of work to a qualified sheet metal subcontractor.

We may supplement our in-house expertise by utilizing qualified subcontractors who install insulation, temperature controls/EMS systems and Test & Balance, depending on size and complexity of project and capabilities of the subcontracting community.
